Q1. How do I find a tire product? A1. You may browse our tire selection or search for a tire size from the Tires Page. The Tires Page will allow you to browse our tire selection several different ways. It lists tires by brand and tire type, i.e. High Performance Tires, Light Truck Tires, etc. To perform a search for a particular tire size, simply select your tire size from the drop down boxes and click search. The search will return all the tires we have in our online catalog in the size you requested. You may click on the description of any tire to bring up more information about that particular item. The size of a tire is printed on the sidewall of every tire. Most tire sizes will look like this: 205/70R14. For more information on finding your tire size, see our Tire Replacement Guide. Q2. How do I find a tire chain product? A2. You may search for chains that will fit your tire size from the Tire Chains Page. The Tire Chains Page contains detailed information on performing a chain search. Q3. How do I know if an item I want is in stock? A3. Simple, we list the stock status of most items on our website. Just look for the green, "In Stock" icon next to the item you are interested in. Our website's stock information is very accurate and displays the same information that is available to our customer service representatives. Q4. How do I obtain a price quote? A4. To obtain an online quote: First find the item you would like to purchase. You may browse our tire selection or search for a tire size from the Tires Page. Or, search for chains from the Chains Page. After you find the item you would like a quote on, change the quantity in the "qty" field located next to the item you would like and click the "Buy" button located next to the item you would like. Clicking this button does not require you to purchase this item and it may be removed from your "Tire Cart" (shopping cart) at any time. After clicking "Buy", this will bring you to the "Tire Cart". At the "Tire Cart" page, simply enter the zipcode you would like the item(s) shipped to and your order total will be automatically calculated. If your order total is not calculated after entering your zipcode, click the "Update Totals" button. Q6. Why are your prices so much lower then everybody else's prices? Is there something wrong with the products you sell? A6. NO, there is nothing wrong with the products we sell. All the tires we offer are BRAND NEW and are NOT BLEMS or seconds. We can offer products at these prices because we buy in large quantities directly from manufacturers and operate strictly as an Internet based business. These factors save us thousands and thousands of dollars in overhead, which we pass on to you, our customer. |
